Do you do structural steel?
No. Our fabrication shop specialises in small to medium general fabrication, pipe spooling and specialised field products rather than structural steel.
What welding processes do you use?
MMAW (stick), MIG, FCAW (flux-cored), TIG and oxy.
What materials can you fabricate?
Carbon steel, stainless steels, duplex, super duplex, aluminium, titanium and exotic materials.
How large a job can your workshop handle?
Our fabrication floor is around 20m x 30m, with two 5 tonne overhead cranes plus additional 2.5 tonne overhead cranage.
Do you do pipe spooling?
Yes. We fabricate flanged, threaded and manifold pipe spools to drawing for process and pipeline applications.
Can you machine parts for a fabrication job too?
Yes. Our machine shop is on the same site in Welshpool, so fabricated assemblies with machined components can be handled under one roof.
